This table briefly presents some factors which serve as a source of attraction for people coming in from several parts of Cameroon. Some of these services cannot be found elsewhere in the flood plains or simply, cannot be found existing all together as is the case in Ndop Central Subdivision
Based on these central characteristics of Ndop Central Subdivision it was necessary to understand the role it played on the rapid growth of the population of the area. The population of this region has registered a marked increased between the last general census of 1987 and 2007 (See table 15). The population increased from 39505 inhabitants to 95610 over a period
